1. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India, ensuring reliable and secure shipments through our trusted courier partners.

    Please note that all Abdullah’s products are designed, configured, and officially supported for use within India only.

    We currently sell and provide after-sales service primarily in India. Compatibility, app availability, time zone settings, and other location-based features are optimized for Indian regions.

    If a customer intends to use the product outside India, it is their responsibility to contact our support team before purchase to confirm compatibility. We cannot guarantee full functionality, app support, or service assistance for units used outside India without prior confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Azan Clock: Shipping is free for all Azan Clock orders within India.
  • Masjid Units: Shipping for Masjid units is charged at actual costs, calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will be provided at checkout.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.

5. Order Tracking

  • After shipping, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the progress of their order.
  • Our courier partners include Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, and DTDC for reliable service.

6. Courier Partnerships

  • To ensure fast and secure deliveries, we have partnered with reputable courier services, including Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, and DTDC. All shipments include tracking for real-time updates.

7. Packaging

  • Each product is securely packed to prevent damage, with additional protective packaging for fragile items like the Azan Clock.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes. A valid residential or business address is required for order completion.

9. Address Errors

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. For errors, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement for corrections.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no recipient availability, reshipping fees may apply.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll file a claim with the courier and assist with a replacement or refund.
